• Acquired 20,000 Sft of commerical space in Mantri Towers located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
• At Budvel,Hyderabad-Completed 11 Acres of High-end Gated plotting layout. Project Started in the year 2015 completed in the year 2016.
• Currently developing a 38 Acres of plotting layout on Srisilam Highway - 5KM from ORR Near Adibatla, Hyderabad.
• Acquired 40 acres of land for Future development at Pulimamidi-Maheshwaram.
• Acquired 34 acres of land at Tomiddirekulu near Shadnagar, Hyderabad for future development.
